Notes

All notes are written after each session and kept minimal, with either first names only or a number code for my records. This is to promote anonymity for all my clients and the notes are stored safely and anonymously. This is to comply to the best of my abilities to the  data protection act 1998. You also have the right to access your notes with two weeks prior notice.

Environment

At the counselling pod I aim to provide an environment that offers a safe and confidential place to talk freely. I work to offer flexible hours to suit all my current and potential clients. If I can not help with any of your enquiries then I will try to refer or recommend a counsellor or counselling service that may be more suitable to your personal needs.

"It really boils down to this: that all life is interrelated. We are all caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”
